We also recognise that we are all different and no season of life is the same.

That’s why we tailor our coaching to each specific person and situation.

This can be transitional coaching, core value coaching, new venture coaching as well as life purpose coaching.

Coaching can be a series of weekly sessions, an intensive 2 day facilitation or simply a few targeted conversations.

We offer an initial free consultation to listen to your situation and discus what might work best for you.

We always connect with our clients for an initial *free* consultation to determine whether or not our coaching can make a transformative difference.

We will tell you if not.

In fact, we are so confident in the ability of our coaches to work with you to improve your performance, that following that we offer a no questions asked refund if you are not fully satisfied after 2 coaching sessions.

We will work with you to design a programme that works for you, but to ensure momentum there is a minimum of one per month for the length of the engagement and a minimum engagement length of 3 months.
