Lausanne Orthodox Initiative
Simon and Victoria led a strategic review day for the board of the Lausanne-Orthodox Initiative, in an accessible and jargon-free style. The sharply focused day clarified our understanding of how we need to function as a board in order to fulfil our objectives, and inspired us as we reflected on possibilities for LOI’s work inthe future and began the process of planning ahead. We appreciated their sensitivity to the two very different church contexts in which LOI works and the way they were able to draw out each board member present, whether in person or by video link.
