Simon and Victoria led a strategic review day for the board of the Lausanne-Orthodox Initiative, in an accessible and jargon-free style. The sharply focused day clarified our understanding of how we need to function as a board in order to fulfil our objectives, and inspired us as we reflected on possibilities for LOI’s work inthe future and began the process of planning ahead.
