YOUR HOST

The ‘future-proof your business’ Masterclass is hosted and facilitated by Simon Barrington. Simon spends his time every day developing the leaders of the future in businesses, charities, public sector and faith-based organisations.

In 2018 he conducted an in-depth study into the views and approaches of millennial leaders, having surveyed 500 leaders across all sectors of society, concluding that “what got us here, isn’t going to get us there”. As a result he has developed health check tools to enable leaders and businesses to identify core areas in which they will need to future proof themselves and their organisations.

In 2019 Simon published his first book “Leading The Millennial Way” which helps organisations and leaders prepare for the future.

Simon has 30 years experience in business, at a senior level in the telecommunications sector and as CEO of a £25m turnover non-profit. In 2017 he founded Forge Leadership Consultancy and is now in demand training and coaching leaders in the UK and in universities and colleges in China and India.
